Abstract:
(EN) The present invention includes a step for providing a pipe-form member (10) used in a hollow stabilizer, and a step for causing viscoelastic polishing media (200) to flow between a first end (11) and a second end (12) of the pipe-form member (10) and polishing the pipe inner surface. The fatigue life is improved by polishing the pipe inner surface. The pipe-form member (10) may be bent into a prescribed shape and may undergo a heat treatment, and the polishing media (200) may include a viscoelastic parent material and a particulate polishing agent.
(FR) La présente invention comprend une étape consistant à fournir un élément en forme de tuyau (10) utilisé dans un stabilisateur creux, et une étape consistant à amener un milieu de polissage (200) viscoélastique à s'écouler entre une première extrémité (11) et une seconde extrémité (12) de l'élément en forme de tuyau (10) et à polir la surface interne de tuyau. La durée de vie en fatigue est améliorée par polissage de la surface interne de tuyau. L'élément en forme de tuyau (10) peut être incurvé selon une forme prescrite et peut subir un traitement thermique, et le milieu de polissage (200) peut comprendre un matériau parent viscoélastique et un agent de polissage particulaire.
