Abstract:
(EN) This method of manufacturing a handpiece of an operation system, which is provided with a heater, a first detection circuit for measuring a voltage and current supplied to the heater, and a memory, includes: acquiring detection characteristics of the first detection circuit on the basis of a result measured by using a second detection circuit, the degree of detection accuracy of which is higher than that of the first detection circuit; recording the detection characteristics in the memory; acquiring a temperature change of the heater when an inspection control is performed which supplies the power to the heater so as to control the temperature of the heater in a prescribed way; determining a control parameter for controlling the temperature of the heater on the basis of the temperature change; and recording the control parameter in the memory.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une pièce à main d’un système de fonctionnement, qui est muni d’un dispositif de chauffage, d’un premier circuit de détection destiné à mesurer une tension et un courant fournis au dispositif de chauffage, et d’une mémoire, le procédé comprenant : l’acquisition de caractéristiques de détection du premier circuit de détection sur la base d’un résultat mesuré à l'aide d'un second circuit de détection, dont le degré de précision de détection est supérieur à celui du premier circuit de détection ; l’enregistrement des caractéristiques de détection dans la mémoire ; l’acquisition d’un changement de température du dispositif de chauffage lors de l'exécution d'une commande d’inspection qui fournit de l’énergie au dispositif de chauffage de manière à réguler la température du dispositif de chauffage d’une manière prescrite ; la détermination d’un paramètre de régulation destiné à réguler la température du dispositif de chauffage sur la base du changement de température ; et l’enregistrement du paramètre de régulation dans la mémoire.
