Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing an eyeglass lens from lens blanks by using a laser marking technology, which does not expend time or cost in manufacturing. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eyeglass lens from a lens material, the method including: a marking process (step S10) in which an identification mark 35 for identifying an eyeglass lens, and a processing information mark including a 2D code 33a for tray identification used at the time of processing the lens blanks, a tray identification code 33b, a shape line 3 and a position mark 34 are marked by forming holes or grooves on a convex surface of a lens material via a laser; and a concave surface cutting process (step S13) in which the processing information mark is read and the concave surfaces of the lens blanks are cut on the basis of the read processing information marks.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un verre de lunettes à partir d’ébauches de verre au moyen d’une technologie de marquage au laser, qui ne consomme pas de temps ou de coût de fabrication. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un verre de lunettes à partir d’un matériau de verre, le procédé comprenant : un processus de marquage (étape S10) dans lequel une marque d’identification 35 pour identifier un verre de lunettes, et une marque d’informations de traitement comprenant un code 2D 33a pour l’identification d’un plateau utilisée lors du traitement des ébauches de verre, un code d’identification de plateau 33b, une ligne de forme 3 et une marque de position 34 sont marquées en formant des trous ou des rainures sur une surface convexe d’un matériau de verre au moyen d’un laser ; et un processus de coupe de surface concave (étape S13) dans lequel la marque d’informations de traitement est lue et les surfaces concaves des ébauches de verre sont découpées sur la base des marques d’informations de traitement lues.
