Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a culture which has a mild rose fragrance and is suitable for imparting a rose fragrance to cosmetics, foods, beverages, medicines, and so forth. The culture is obtained by using kluyveromyces marxianus to ferment a lactobacillus culture from a medium containing milk constituents. The culture contains 0.3–5 parts by mass of isoamyl alcohol per 1 part by mass of phenethyl acetate.
(FR) L'invention concerne une culture qui possède un doux parfum de rose et qui est appropriée pour conférer un parfum de rose à des produits cosmétiques, des aliments, des boissons, des médicaments, etc. La culture est obtenue en utilisant kluyveromyces marxianus pour faire fermenter une culture de lactobacilles présents dans un milieu contenant des constituants du lait. La culture contient de 0,3 à 5 parties en masse d'alcool isoamylique pour 1 partie en masse d'acétate de phénéthyle.
(JA) マイルドなバラの香りを有し、化粧品、飲食品および医薬品等にバラの香りの付与に適する培養物の提供。 乳成分含有培地の乳酸菌培養物をクリベロマイセス・マキシアヌスで発酵させた培養物であって、酢酸フェニルエチル1質量部に対してイソアミルアルコールを0.3~5質量部の比率で含有する培養物。
