Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a glass production method comprising the production of a glass precursor mixture for a glass furnace, in which water, sand and sodium carbonate are mixed in weight proportions of between 0 and 5 %, 40 and 65 %, and greater than 0 and at most 25 % respectively, and, after at least 10 minutes, calcium oxide is added in a weight proportion of between 1 and 20 % of the total. The invention relates to a method for producing glass using a mixture containing, in particular, calcium oxide, and a glass melting furnace, said method and furnace using a burner with a flame directed at the glass batch.
(FR) Procédé de fabrication de verre comprenant la préparation d'un mélange précurseur de verre pour four verrier, dans lequel on mélange de l'eau, du sable et du carbonate de sodium dans des proportions massiques comprises entre 0 et 5 %, 40 et 65 %, et plus de 0 et au plus 25 % respectivement, et, après un délai d'au moins 10 minutes, on ajoute de l'oxyde de calcium dans une proportion massique comprise entre 1 et 20 % du total. Procédé fabrication de verre avec un mélange contenant en particulier de l'oxyde de calcium et four de fusion de verre, le procédé et le four utilisant un brûleur avec une flamme dirigée vers le mélange vitrifiable.
