(FR) SURVEILLANCE DE LA QUALITÉ D'UNE PÂTE À PAPIER
Abstract:
(EN) A method is disclosed for monitoring hydrophobic particles contained in a pulp suspension, the method comprising obtaining (601) a sample from a pulp suspension or a filtrate of the pulp suspension. A dye is added (602) to the sample to stain particles in the sample, wherein the dye is a fluorescent dye. The sample is fractionated (603) to obtain at least a first fraction and a second fraction, wherein the second fraction is a fiber fraction. The method further comprises measuring (604), for the obtained fractions, fluorescence emitted by the particles in said fractions, calculating (605) an integral of the fluorescence measured for the fractions excluding the fiber fraction, and correlating (606) the calculated integral of the fluorescence to the amount of acetone soluble material in the pulp suspension, and optionally measuring light scattering signal of the particles in said at least first and second fractions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance de particules hydrophobes contenues dans une suspension de pâte à papier, le procédé comprenant l'obtention (601) d'un échantillon à partir d'une suspension de pâte à papier ou d'un filtrat de la suspension de pâte à papier. Un colorant est ajouté (602) à l'échantillon pour colorer des particules dans l'échantillon, le colorant étant un colorant fluorescent. L'échantillon est fractionné (603) pour obtenir au moins une première fraction et une seconde fraction, la seconde fraction étant une fraction de fibre. Le procédé comprend en outre la mesure (604), pour les fractions obtenues, de la fluorescence émise par les particules dans lesdites fractions, le calcul (605) d'une intégrale de la fluorescence mesurée pour les fractions à l'exclusion de la fraction de fibre, et la corrélation (606) de l'intégrale calculée de la fluorescence à la quantité de matériau soluble dans l'acétone dans la suspension de pâte à papier, et éventuellement la mesure du signal de diffusion de lumière des particules dans lesdites au moins première et seconde fractions.
