Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a self-climbing device for vertical and quasi-vertical concrete surfaces, comprising a main body provided with a main beam in the form of a track, and multiple motor-driven frames, independent of one another and controlled separately, which can be moved along the main beam of the main body, all using a characteristic operating method. The main advantage of the invention is that of allowing any structure, device or machine, such as a crane or working platform, to climb, performing variable-length unitary forward movements or movements, adapted to the structure or zone to be climbed, the invention being suitable for use on surfaces that are vertical and quasi-vertical, flat or curved, with a free-form shape or variable slope.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un dispositif à assemblage automatique pour surfaces de béton verticales et quasi-verticales avec un corps principal pourvu d'une poutre maîtresse en guise de rail de déplacement et divers châssis auto-motorisés indépendants entre eux et pouvant être commandés séparément, déplaçables le long de la poutre maîtresse du corps principal, le tout avec un procédé caractéristique de fonctionnement. Ladite invention présente comme avantage principal de permettre de monter ou de faire monter une structure, un dispositif ou une machine quelconque, comme par exemple une grue ou une plate-forme de travail, et peut trouver une application et une utilisation aussi bien sur des surfaces verticales que sur des surfaces quasi-verticales, planes ou courbées avec une géométrie libre et avec une pente variable et avec des progressions ou des déplacements unitaires de longueur variable, ladite invention s’adaptant à la structure ou zone sur laquelle l'assemblage est effectué.
(ES) Dispositivo auto-trepante por superficies de hormigón verticales y cuasi-verticales con cuerpo principal dotado de una viga maestra a modo de carril de desplazamiento, y varios bastidores auto-motorizados, independientes entre sí y controlables por separado, desplazables a lo largo de la viga maestra del cuerpo principal, todo ello con un procedimiento característico de operación. La invención que se presenta aporta la principal ventaja de permitir subir o hacer trepar cualquier estructura, dispositivo o máquina, como por ejemplo una grúa o una plataforma de trabajo, siendo aplicable y utilizable tanto en superficies verticales como cuasi-verticales, planas o curvadas, con geometría libre y con pendiente variable, y con avances o desplazamientos unitarios de longitud variable, adaptado a la estructura o zona por la que trepar.
