Abstract:
(EN) A torsional vibration damper comprises an axially moveable locking piston including a piston plate, a torque input member including a cover plate, a support plate disposed axially opposite the cover plate and a supporting member mounted to both the cover and support plates, and a unitary radially elastic output member pivotable relative to and elastically coupled to the torque input member. The output member is disposed axially between the cover plate and the piston plate. The output member includes an output hub and a curved elastic blade configured to elastically and radially engage the supporting member and to elastically bend in the radial direction upon rotation of the cover plate with respect to the output member. The cover plate at least partially covers an axially first outer surface of the output member. The support plate partially covers an axially second outer surface of the output member.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un amortisseur de vibrations de torsion comprenant un piston de verrouillage axialement mobile comprenant une plaque de piston, un élément d'entrée de couple comprenant une plaque de recouvrement, une plaque de support disposée axialement à l'opposé de la plaque de recouvrement et un élément de support monté à la fois sur le couvercle et sur les plaques de support, et un élément de sortie unitaire radialement élastique pouvant pivoter par rapport à l'élément d'entrée de couple et couplé de manière élastique à celui-ci. L'élément de sortie est disposé axialement entre la plaque de recouvrement et la plaque de piston. L'élément de sortie comprend un moyeu de sortie et une lame élastique incurvée configurée pour venir en prise de manière élastique et radiale avec l'élément de support et pour se plier élastiquement dans la direction radiale lors de la rotation de la plaque de recouvrement par rapport à l'élément de sortie. La plaque de recouvrement recouvre au moins partiellement une première surface extérieure axiale de l'élément de sortie. La plaque de support recouvre partiellement une seconde surface extérieure axiale de l'élément de sortie.
