Abstract:
(EN) The present invention comprises a test for the identification of an agent, which induces (re-)differentiation in a tumour cell based on the novel combined application of the two markers lactate as the end-product of the katabolic anaerobic glycolysis and neutral lipids as the end-product of the anabolic neutral lipid synthesis. The cell-based system is further characterized by a novel liquid handling procedure, which allows valid high throughput screening even over a longer time period of at least seven days, and a new viability test.
(FR) La présente invention comprend un essai pour l’identification d’un agent, qui induit une (re)différenciation dans une cellule tumorale sur la base de la nouvelle application combinée des deux marqueurs de lactate en tant que produit final de la glycolyse anaérobie catabolique et de lipides neutres en tant que produit final de la synthèse anabolique de lipides neutres. Le système à base de cellules est en outre caractérisé par une nouvelle procédure de manipulation de liquide, qui permet un criblage à haut débit valide, même sur une période plus longue d’au moins sept jours, et un nouvel essai de viabilité.
