Abstract:
(EN) A rebar tie wire reel (110) for a reinforcing bar binding machine has a first flange (118), a second flange (120) spaced from the first flange, a hub connecting the first and second flanges and a wire (124) wound around the hub. The first flange (118) has an outwardly facing major face (134) and an outer periphery. The outer periphery is defined by a plurality of edges (170, 172, 174, 176). The plurality edges include a first edge (170) and a second edge (172) that are configured such that, in use, an amount of rotation of the rebar tie wire reel can be determined using signals provided by a movable element of a contact sensor when during rotation of the wire reel, the first edge, major face and the second edge successively travel past the movable element.
(FR) L'invention concerne une bobine de fil de ligature de barres d'armature (110) pour une machine de liaison de barres d'armature, comprenant une première flasque (118), une seconde flasque (120) espacée de la première, un noyau reliant les première et seconde flasques et un fil (124) enroulé autour du noyau. La première flasque (118) présente une face principale (134) orientée vers l'extérieur et une périphérie externe. La périphérie externe est définie par une pluralité de bords (170, 172, 174, 176). Parmi ces bords figurent un premier bord (170) et un second bord (172) qui sont configurés de sorte que, lors de l'utilisation, une quantité de rotation de la bobine de fil de ligature de barres d'armature peut être déterminée au moyen de signaux fournis par un élément mobile d'un capteur à contact lorsque, pendant la rotation de la bobine de fil, le premier bord, la face principale et le second bord passent successivement devant l'élément mobile.
