CLAIMS

1. A composition, in particular a cosmetic composition, in particular for making up and/or caring for keratin materials, comprising:

- at least one aqueous phase gelled with at least one hydrophilic gelling agent; and

- at least one gelled oily phase comprising at least one oil chosen from nonpolar hydrocarbon-based oils, non-phenylated nonpolar silicone oils, isononanoic acid esters, dialkyl carbonates, fatty acid triglycerides, and mixtures thereof;

said oily phase being gelled by at least one wax in the crystalline state, chosen from waxes of plant origin and esters of behenic acid and of glycerol;

said phases forming therein a macroscopically homogeneous mixture.

2. The composition as claimed in the preceding claim, comprising from 0.5% to 20% by weight, preferably from 1% to 15% by weight, and more preferentially from 2% to 10% by weight, of waxes in the crystalline state chosen from waxes of plant origin and esters of behenic acid and of glycerol, relative to the total weight of the composition.

3. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the wax in the crystalline state is chosen from hydrogenated jojoba wax and mixtures of esters of behenic acid and of glycerol, and is preferably a mixture of glyceryl dibehenate, tribehenin, glyceryl behenate.

4. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, comprising from 0.5% to 20% by weight, preferably from 1% to 15% by weight, and more preferentially from 2% to 10% by weight, of oil(s) chosen from nonpolar hydrocarbon-based oils, non-phenylated nonpolar silicone oils, isononanoic acid esters, dialkyl carbonates, fatty acid triglycerides, and mixtures thereof, relative to the total weight of the composition.

5. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the oil is chosen from hydrogenated polyisobutenes, non-volatile polydimethylsiloxanes, isononyl isononanoate, dicaprylyl carbonate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, diisopropyl adipate, and mixtures thereof.

6. The composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the oil is chosen from nonpolar hydrocarbon-based oils, non-phenylated nonpolar silicone oils, and mixtures thereof.

7. The composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, where in the oil is chosen from hydrogenated polyisobutenes, non-volatile polydimethylsiloxanes, and mixtures thereof.

8. The composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising from 0.01% to 30% by weight, in particular from 0.05% to 20% by weight, in particular from 0.1% to 15% by weight of oil(s) chosen from isononanoic acid esters, dialkyl carbonates, fatty acid triglycerides, and mixtures thereof.

9. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the hydrophilic gelling agent is chosen from synthetic polymeric gelling agents, and preferably from associative polymers, polyacrylamides, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid polymers and copolymers, and carboxyvinyl polymers.

10. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the hydrophilic gelling agent is chosen from 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid polymers and copolymers, and preferably from crosslinked or non-crosslinked sodium acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonate polymers.

11. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, also comprising at least one polyol, and preferably a propanediol.

12. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the gelled aqueous and oily phases are present in an aqueous phase/oily phase weight ratio ranging from 95/5 to 5/95, preferably ranging from 50/50 to 90/10.

13. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it also comprises at least one active agent, and preferably glycerol.

14. The composition as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is a composition for caring for the skin of the body or the face, in particular the face.

15. A cosmetic process for making up and/or caring for keratin materials, in particular the skin and/or the lips, comprising at least one step of applying to said keratin materials a composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 14.
