Abstract:
(EN) The present application relates to a method for structuring a substrate (11) and comprising the following steps: providing a device (2) comprising a light source (21), an optical system (3) for obtaining an outgoing light beam (7) spatially offset relative to the incoming light beam (8), and suitable for modifying this spatial offset, focusing means (9) for focusing the outgoing light beam (7), a substrate holder, a movement device (60) for generating movement between the outgoing light beam (7) and the substrate (11), providing and placing the substrate (11) on the substrate holder, etching the substrate (11) with the focused outgoing light beam (7) having an angle of attack (107) greater than 1° for any spatial offset between outgoing light beam (7) and incoming light beam (1) imposed by the optical system (3).
(FR) La présente demande concerne une méthode pour structurer un substrat (11) et comprenant les étapes suivantes : fournir un dispositif (2) comprenant une source lumineuse (21), un système optique (3) pour obtenir, un faisceau lumineux sortant (7) spatialement décalé par rapport au faisceau lumineux entrant (8), et apte à modifier ce décalage spatial, des moyens de focalisation (9) pour focaliser le faisceau lumineux sortant (7), un porte substrat, un dispositif de déplacement (60) pour générer un mouvement entre le faisceau lumineux sortant (7) et le substrat (11), fournir et poser le substrat (11) sur le porte substrat, graver le substrat (11) avec le faisceau lumineux sortant (7) focalisé ayant un angle d'attaque (107) supérieur à 1° pour tout décalage spatial entre faisceau lumineux sortant (7) et faisceau lumineux entrant (1) imposé par le système optique (3).
