Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a screw element (1) of a ball screw mechanism, comprising a lead screw (2) which, at an axial end, is joined to a rod element (3), the lead screw (2) and the rod element (3) being integrally joined to each other using a friction welding process. In order to improve the friction-welded joint between the lead screw and the rod element, prior to the friction welding process, the lead screw (2) has a circumferential annular groove (5) on the end face (4) facing the rod element (3).
(FR) L’invention concerne un élément de broche (1) d’une vis d’entraînement à billes, comprenant une broche filetée (2) qui est connectée par une extrémité axiale à un élément de barre (3), la broche filetée (2) et l’élément de barre (3) étant reliés entre eux par adhérence de matériau via un procédé de soudage par friction.
