Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for ascertaining a positional deviation of a rotational body (30) which is capable of rotating about a rotational axis and to a device for simultaneously ascertaining the perpendicularity of the axis and the rotational face runout of a rotational body (30) which is capable of rotating about a rotational axis. According to the invention, at least three distance sensors (20, 22, 22') are provided which are stationary relative to a reference surface (11) and which have a measuring direction perpendicular to the reference surface (11) and in the direction of the flat face of the rotational body (30). The distance sensors transmit distances ascertained during the rotation of the rotational body to an analysis device, wherein a perpendicularity of the axis, a rotational face runout of the rotational body, and a surface parallellism can be ascertained from said distances. Prior to measuring the rotational face runout, the angular deviation of the rotational surface is first ascertained.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer un écart de position d'un corps rotatif (30) apte à tourner autour d'un axe de rotation et un dispositif pour la détermination simultanée d'une perpendicularité axiale et d'un battement de la surface de rotation d'un corps rotatif (30) apte à tourner autour d'un axe de rotation. Selon l'invention, au moins trois capteurs de distance (20, 22, 22') fixes par rapport à une surface de référence (11) sont pourvus d'une direction de mesure perpendiculaire à la surface de référence (11) et en direction de la face plate du corps rotatif (30). Les capteurs de distance transmettent les distances déterminées lors de la rotation du corps rotatif à un dispositif d'évaluation, à partir desquelles une perpendicularité axiale et un battement de la surface de rotation du corps rotatif ainsi qu'un parallélisme des surfaces peuvent être déterminés. Avant la mesure du battement de la surface de rotation, l'écart angulaire de la surface de rotation est tout d'abord déterminé.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung einer Lageabweichung eines um eine Rotationsachse rotationsfähigen Rotationskörpers (30) und eine Vorrichtung zur gleichzeitigen Ermittlung von Achsenrechtwinkligkeit und Rotationsflächenschlag eines um eine Rotationsachse rotationsfähigen Rotationskörpers (30). Erfindungsgemäß sind wenigstens drei in Bezug auf eine Bezugsfläche (11) ortsfeste Entfernungssensoren (20, 22, 22') mit Messrichtung senkrecht zu der Bezugsfläche (11) und in Richtung der Flachseite des Rotationskörpers (30) vorgesehen. Die Entfernungssensoren übertragen bei der Drehung des Rotationskörpers ermittelte Entfernungen an eine Auswerteeinrichtung, aus denen eine Achsenrechtwinkligkeit und ein Rotationsflächenschlag des Rotationskörpers sowie eine Flächenparallelität ermittelbar sind. Vor der Messung des Rotationsflächenschlags wird zuerst die Winkelabweichung der Rotationsfläche ermittelt.
