Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a free machining and non-quenched and tempered steel. The mass percent compositions of the chemical elements in the steel are: C: 0.35-0.45%, Si: 0.45-0.0.65%, Mn: 1.35-1.65%, S: 0.025-0.065%, V: 0.07-0.15%, Ti: 0.01-0.018%, N: 0.012-0.017%, Al: 0.015-0.035%, Ca: 0.0008-0.0025%, with the remaining being iron and other unavoidable impurities and satisfy that S/Ca is 20-60. Also provided is a manufacturing method of the free machining and non-quenched and tempered steel, comprising the following steps: (1) smelting and refining; (2) casting; (3) rolling; (4) forging; and (5) two-stage cooling.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier de décolletage, non trempé et revenu. Les compositions en pourcentage en masse des éléments chimiques dans l'acier sont les suivantes : C : de 0,35 à 0,45 %, Si : de 0,45 à 0,65 %, Mn : de 1,35 à 1,65 %, S : de 0,025 à 0,065 %, V : de 0,07 à 0,15 %, Ti : de 0,01 à 0,018 %, N : de 0,012 à 0,017 %, Al : de 0,015 à 0,035 %, Ca : de 0,0008 à 0,0025 %, le reste étant du fer et d'autres impuretés inévitables et satisfaisant au rapport S/Ca compris entre 20 à 60. L'invention concerne également un procédé d’usinage d’acier de décolletage, non trempé et revenu, comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) la fusion et le raffinage ; (2) la coulée ; (3) le laminage ; (4) le forgeage; et (5) le refroidissement en deux étapes.
