Abstract:
(EN) A system includes a storage device storing a set of instructions and a processor in communication with the storage device. When executing the set of instructions, the processor is configured to cause the system to receive, via a network, a service order from a terminal and obtain reference information relating to the service order. The processor also causes the system to determine actual information of the service order. The processor further causes the system to determine, based on the reference information and the actual information, whether the service order is a cheating service order.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système qui comprend un dispositif de stockage stockant un ensemble d'instructions et un processeur en communication avec le dispositif de stockage. Lors de l'exécution de l'ensemble d'instructions, le processeur est configuré de sorte à contraindre le système à recevoir, par le biais d'un réseau, un ordre de service en provenance d'un terminal et à obtenir des informations de référence se rapportant à l'ordre de service. Le processeur contraint également le système à déterminer des informations réelles de l'ordre de service. Le processeur contraint en outre le système à déterminer, sur la base des informations de référence et des informations réelles, si l'ordre de service est un ordre de service de tricherie.
