Abstract:
(EN) An aluminoborosilicate glass and a preparation method and application thereof. The composition of the glass comprises: 33-60 wt% of SiO2, 3-10 wt% of Al2O3, 10-30 wt% of B2O3, 1-15 wt% of ZnO + TiO2 + Sc2O3, and 7-27 wt% of a rare-earth metal oxide RO, based on the total weight of each component in the composition of the glass, wherein RO is at least one of MgO, CaO, SrO, and BaO, and 0.001 wt% ≤ Sc2O3 ≤ 1 wt%. The aluminoborosilicate glass has features of low density, high refractive index, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal stability, high flexibility, easy to bend, etc.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un verre aluminoborosilicaté et un procédé de préparation et une application associés. La composition du verre comprend : de 33 à 60 % en poids de SiO2, de 3 à 10 % en poids d'Al2O3, de 10 à 30 % en poids de B2O3, de 1 à 15 % en poids de ZnO + TiO2 + Sc2O3, et de 7 à 27 % en poids d'un oxyde métallique de terres rares RO, par rapport au poids total de chaque constituant dans la composition du verre, RO étant au moins un élément parmi MgO, CaO, SrO et BaO, et 0,001 % en poids ≤ Sc2O3 ≤ 1 % en poids. Le verre aluminoborosilicaté présente des caractéristiques de basse densité, d'indice de réfraction élevé, de faible coefficient de dilatation thermique, de stabilité thermique élevée, de flexibilité élevée, de facilité de pliage, etc.
(ZH) 一种铝硼硅酸盐玻璃及其制备方法和应用,以玻璃的组成中各组分的总重量为基准,该玻璃的组成包括:33‑60wt%的SiO 2、3‑10wt%的Al2O3、10‑30wt%的B2O3、1‑15wt%的ZnO+TiO2+Sc2O3和7‑27wt%的碱土金属氧化物RO,其中,RO为MgO、CaO、SrO和BaO中的至少一种,0.001wt%≤Sc2O3≤1wt%。该铝硼硅酸盐玻璃具有低密度、高折射率、低热膨胀系数、高热稳定性、高柔韧性且易于弯曲等特点。
