Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for determining the predicted value of a motion vector and a related device. The method comprises: acquiring a motion vector precision of a block to be processed; acquiring at least one first predicted motion vector of the block to be processed; determining, according to the motion vector precision and at least one of the first predicted motion vectors, a predicted target motion vector, wherein the predicted target motion vector has the motion vector precision. After obtaining the predicted target motion vector, the predicted target motion vector can be used as a decoding side motion vector to derive the predicted value of a DMVD motion vector for insertion into a predicted candidate motion vector value list, wherein the predicted candidate motion vector value list also has the motion vector precision. Adoption of the embodiments of the present invention can further reduce encoding and decoding time, reduce code rates and improve the efficiency of video transmission.

Selon des modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la valeur prédite d'un vecteur de mouvement et un dispositif associé. Le procédé consiste à : acquérir une précision de vecteur de mouvement d'un bloc à traiter ; acquérir au moins un premier vecteur de mouvement prédit du bloc à traiter ; déterminer, en fonction de la précision de vecteur de mouvement et d'au moins l'un des premiers vecteurs de mouvement prédits, un vecteur de mouvement cible prédit, le vecteur de mouvement cible prédit ayant la précision de vecteur de mouvement. Après obtention du vecteur de mouvement cible prédit, le vecteur de mouvement cible prédit peut être utilisé comme vecteur de mouvement côté décodage pour calculer la valeur prédite d'un vecteur de mouvement DMVD à insérer dans une liste de valeurs de vecteur de mouvement candidates prédites, la liste de valeurs de vecteur de mouvement candidates prédites ayant également la précision de vecteur de mouvement. L'adoption des modes de réalisation de la présente invention permet en outre de réduire le temps de codage et de décodage, de réduire les taux de codage et d'améliorer l'efficacité de la transmission vidéo.
