Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a laser cladding and forming method for a metal or alloy under partial atmosphere protection, which is as follows: a metal or alloy powder beam is conveyed by an inert carrier gas (1), and moves along with a focused laser beam (2) on a processing surface; and at least one layer of an inert protective gas is formed on the outer periphery of the metal or alloy powder beam.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de revêtement au laser et de formation d'un métal ou d'un alliage sous protection partielle d'atmosphère, qui est le suivant : un faisceau de poudre de métal ou d'alliage est transporté par un gaz porteur inerte (1), et se déplace conjointement avec un faisceau laser focalisé (2) sur une surface de traitement; et au moins une couche d'un gaz protecteur inerte est formée sur la périphérie externe du faisceau de poudre de métal ou d'alliage.
(ZH) 一种局部气氛保护金属或合金激光熔覆及成形方法,方法如下:金属或合金粉束由惰性载体气体(1)输送随聚焦激光束(2)在加工表面移动;在金属或合金粉束的外围形成至少一层惰性保护气体。
