Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a fluororesin interface agent for LED packaging, and a preparation method and a use method therefor. The fluororesin interface agent for LED packaging comprises a graphene oxide fluororesin sealant and a KH550 silane coupling agent solution. Graphene oxide powder in the graphene oxide fluororesin sealant chemically reacts with the KH550 silane coupling agent to form molecular crosslinking, a bonding interface and a fluororesin matrix are tightly fixed together like a plurality of molecular anchors, the bonding capability of the fluororesin sealant is greatly improved, and the LED packaging reliability is ensured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un agent d'interface de résine fluorée pour la mise sous boîtier de DEL, et un procédé de préparation et un procédé d'utilisation associés. L'agent d'interface de résine fluorée pour la mise sous boîtier de DEL comprend un agent d'étanchéité à base de résine fluorée d'oxyde de graphène et une solution d'agent de couplage silane KH550.
