Provided are a composite floor and a preparation method therefor. The composite floor comprises a co-extruded layer formed by means of co-extrusion press process, and the co-extruded layer comprises a first PVC layer, a PVC foam layer and a second PVC layer that are arranged successively from top to bottom. The composite floor above uses a PVC foam layer as a main material layer, reducing the overall weight of the floor, and the first PVC layer and the second PVC layer are respectively provided on the two sides of the PVC foam layer, making the properties of the composite floor more stable. The present invention uses co-extrusion press process for forming, avoiding bonding with glue and making the process more environmentally friendly. The processing procedure is simple, and the layers are more closely combined. There are fewer delaminations and less warpage due to the influence of environmental changes, and the composite floor has a low expansion ratio, a low shrinkage rate, excellent performances, and a long service life.

La présente invention concerne un plancher composite et un procédé de préparation associé. Le plancher composite comprend une couche co-extrudée formée au moyen d'un procédé de co-extrusion-pressage, et la couche co-extrudée comprend une première couche de PVC, une couche de mousse de PVC et une seconde couche de PVC qui sont disposées successivement de haut en bas. Le plancher composite ci-dessus utilise une couche de mousse de PVC en tant que couche de matériau principal, réduisant le poids global du plancher, et la première couche de PVC et la seconde couche de PVC sont respectivement disposées sur les deux côtés de la couche de mousse de PVC, rendant les propriétés du plancher composite plus stables. La présente invention utilise un procédé de co-extrusion pressage pour le formage, permettant d'éviter une liaison avec de la colle et de rendre le procédé plus respectueux de l'environnement.
