The present application provides a cell handover method and device for grant-free uplink transmission. A source base station carries handover type information in a handover request message to be sent to a target base station, the handover type information being used to indicate that a terminal device supports grant-free transmission, and to indicate characteristics of a grant-free service of the terminal device, so as to acquire first grant-free transmission configuration information. The first grant-free transmission configuration information comprises information about a first grant-free transmission resource to be used to perform a grant-free transmission between the terminal device and the target base station and configuration information of a first uplink air interface transmission parameter. The source base station further sends a handover command message to the terminal device, the handover command message comprising the first grant-free transmission configuration information. The terminal device acquires the first grant-free transmission configuration information to be used for communication with the target base station in advance, thereby reducing blind detection of grant-free services of the terminal device by the target base station and further ensuring proper reception of the grant-free services.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transfert cellulaire en vue d'une transmission en liaison montante sans autorisation. Une station de base source transporte des informations de type de transfert dans un message de demande de transfert à envoyer à une station de base cible, les informations de type de transfert servant à indiquer qu'un dispositif terminal prend en charge une transmission sans autorisation, et à indiquer des caractéristiques d'un service sans autorisation du dispositif de terminal, de façon à acquérir des premières informations de configuration de transmission sans autorisation.
