Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing an organic light emitting display screen, comprising the following steps: providing an organic light emitting encapsulation assembly, the organic light emitting encapsulation assembly comprising an encapsulation thin film layer (308); and forming on the encapsulation thin film layer (308) a touch control electrode layer (316) having an independent self-capacitive touch control sensing electrode unit (40). An organic light emitting display screen, comprising: an organic light emitting encapsulation assembly, the organic light emitting encapsulation assembly comprising an encapsulation thin film layer (308); a touch control electrode layer (316), the touch control electrode layer (316) being formed on the encapsulation thin film layer (308), and the touch control electrode layer (316) having an independent self-capacitive touch control sensing electrode unit (40). The present product implements integration of touch control and display, decreasing the manufacturing processes and reducing manufacturing costs.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un écran d'affichage électroluminescent organique, comportant les étapes consistant à: mettre en place un ensemble d'encapsulation électroluminescent organique, l'ensemble d'encapsulation électroluminescent organique comportant une couche (308) de film mince d'encapsulation; et former sur la couche (308) de film mince d'encapsulation une couche (316) d'électrode de commande tactile dotée d'une unité (40) d'électrode de détection auto-capacitive indépendante de commande tactile. Un écran d'affichage électroluminescent organique selon l'invention comporte: un ensemble d'encapsulation électroluminescent organique, l'ensemble d'encapsulation électroluminescent organique comportant une couche (308) de film mince d'encapsulation; une couche (316) d'électrode de commande tactile, la couche (316) d'électrode de commande tactile étant formée sur la couche (308) de film mince d'encapsulation, et la couche (316) d'électrode de commande tactile étant dotée d'une unité (40) d'électrode de détection auto-capacitive indépendante de commande tactile. Le présent produit réalise l'intégration de la commande tactile et de l'affichage, diminuant les processus de fabrication et réduisant les coûts de fabrication.
