Abstract:
(EN) An organic electroluminescent device and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: providing a substrate (201), wherein the substrate (201) serves as an anode of a device (S101); preparing a blue pixel light-emitting layer (202) on one side of the substrate (201) by using a general mask plate (S102); and preparing a red pixel light-emitting layer (203) and a green pixel light-emitting layer (204) successively on one side, facing away from the substrate, of the blue pixel light-emitting layer (202) (S103), wherein the blue pixel light-emitting layer (202) comprises an effective light-emitting region (202a) and an ineffective light-emitting region (202b), and the red pixel light-emitting layer (203) and the green pixel light-emitting layer (204) are located in the ineffective light-emitting region (202b). By means of this method, the device cost and process complexity when preparing a light-emitting layer of a device can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé consiste : à fournir un substrat (201), le substrat (201) servant d'anode d'un dispositif (S101) ; à préparer une couche électroluminescente de pixel bleu (202) sur un côté du substrat (201) en utilisant une plaque de masque général (S102) ; et à préparer une couche électroluminescente de pixel rouge (203) et une couche électroluminescente de pixel vert (204) successivement sur un côté, opposé au substrat, de la couche électroluminescente de pixel bleu (202) (S103), la couche électroluminescente de pixel bleu (202) comprenant une région électroluminescente efficace (202a) et une région électroluminescente inefficace (202b), et la couche électroluminescente de pixel rouge (203) et la couche électroluminescente de pixel vert (204) étant situées dans la région électroluminescente inefficace (202b). Au moyen de ce procédé, le coût du dispositif et la complexité du processus lors de la préparation d'une couche électroluminescente d'un dispositif peuvent être réduits.
(ZH) 一种有机电致发光器件及其制备方法,方法包括:提供基板(201),基板(201)用作器件的阳极(S101);在基板(201)一侧利用通用掩膜板制备蓝光像素发光层(202)(S102);在蓝光像素发光层(202)背向基板的一侧依次制备红光像素发光层(203)及绿光像素发光层(204)(S103);其中,蓝光像素发光层(202)包括有效发光区域(202a)和非有效发光区域(202b),红光像素发光层(203)和绿光像素发光层(204)位于非有效发光区域(202b)上。通过上述方法能够降低制备器件发光层的设备成本及工艺复杂性。
