Abstract:
(EN) A silane passivator, a metal workpiece and a passivation film treatment method therefor. The passivator comprises 3-20 G/L of alkyl phosphate, 0.2-4 G/L of hexafluorozirconic acid, 0.2-5 G/L of a silicone sol, 1-10 G/L of a silane coupling agent, and the balance of water. The silane passivator forms a passivation film on the surface of a metal, and this passivation film has a good binding capability to a coated film and the like and a strong corrosion resistance.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un agent de passivation à base de silane, une pièce de fabrication métallique et un procédé de traitement de passivation s'y rapportant. L'agent de passivation comprend de 3 à 20 G/L de phosphate d'alkyle, de 0,2 à 4 G/L d'acide hexafluorozirconique, de 0,2 à 5 G/L d'un sol de silicone, de 1 à 10 G/L d'un promoteur d'adhérence au silane, le reste étant de l'eau L'agent de passivation à base de silane forme un film de passivation sur la surface d'un métal, et ce film de passivation présente une bonne capacité d'adhésion à un film revêtu et similaire et une forte résistance à la corrosion.
(ZH) 一种硅烷钝化剂、金属工件及其钝化膜处理方法,钝化剂包括3-20G/L烷基磷酸酯,0.2-4G/L氟锆酸,0.2-5G/L硅溶胶,1-10G/L硅烷偶联剂,余量的水。此硅烷钝化剂在金属表面形成钝化膜,此钝化膜处理膜与涂装漆膜等的结合能力良好、耐腐蚀能力强。
