Abstract:
(EN) A silane coating, a metal workpiece and a surface coating method thereof. The coating comprises 5-20g/L of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 50-300mg/L cerium salt, 10-50mg/L nano oxide, 20-100g/L silane coupling agent, 10-50g/L ethanol, and a balance of water. The present silane coating forms a dense and firm silicone polymer coating with a metal surface by means of covalent bonding; said coating can block the intrusion of corrosive substances and improve the corrosion resistance of the metal, being suitable for use as a base later of an organic coating and also as a final protective layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un revêtement de silane, une pièce à travailler métallique et un procédé de revêtement de surface associé. Le revêtement selon l'invention comprend de 5 à 20 g/L de 3-aminopropyltriéthoxysilane, de 50 à 300 mg/L de sel de cérium, de 10 à 50 mg/L de nano-oxyde, de 20 à 100 g/L d'agent de couplage silane, de 10 à 50 g/L d'éthanol et le reste d'eau. Ledit revêtement forme un revêtement polymère de silicone dense et ferme avec une surface métallique au moyen d'une liaison covalente ; et il permet de bloquer l'intrusion de substances corrosives et d'améliorer la résistance à la corrosion du métal, ce qui le rend approprié pour servir de base à un revêtement organique et aussi de couche protectrice finale.
(ZH) 一种硅烷涂料、金属工件及其表面涂覆方法。涂料包括5-20g/L 3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,50-300mg/L铈盐,10-50mg/L纳米氧化物,20-100g/L硅烷偶联剂,10-50g/L乙醇,余量的水。此硅烷涂料与金属表面通过共价键形成致密又牢固的硅氧烷聚合物涂层,这种涂层可以阻挡腐蚀性物质的侵入,提高金属的耐蚀性,适合作为有机涂层的底层,也可做最终保护层。
