Abstract:
(EN) An e-commerce data processing method, the method comprising: acquiring, from a telecommunication operator, access data of users using Internet services by means of a client (S10); classifying the access data according to a preset age division rule, and extracting access data corresponding to each age group (S11); acquiring, from the access data corresponding to each age group, keywords inputted by users using a search engine (S12); parsing the keywords inputted by users in the each age group using the search engine so as to obtain product keywords inputted by the users using the search engine (S13); calculating the probability of the product keywords inputted by the users in the each age group using the search engine (S14); calculating the product preferences of users in the each age group according to the probability of the product keywords (S15); and sending product information to users according to the product preferences thereof (S16). By using the described method, product information may be sent to users according to the product preferences thereof.
(FR) Procédé de traitement de données de commerce électronique, le procédé consistant à : acquérir, à partir d'un opérateur de télécommunication, des données d'accès d'utilisateurs utilisant des services Internet au moyen d'un client (S10) ; classifier les données d'accès selon une règle de division d'âge prédéfinie, et à extraire des données d'accès correspondant à chaque groupe d'âge (S11) ; acquérir, à partir des données d'accès correspondant à chaque groupe d'âge, des mots-clés entrés par des utilisateurs utilisant un moteur de recherche (S12) ; analyser les mots-clés entrés par des utilisateurs dans chaque groupe d'âge à l'aide du moteur de recherche de façon à obtenir des mots-clés de produit entrés par les utilisateurs utilisant le moteur de recherche (S13) ; calculer la probabilité des mots-clés de produit entrés par les utilisateurs dans chaque groupe d'âge à l'aide du moteur de recherche (S14) ; calculer les préférences de produit des utilisateurs dans chaque groupe d'âge en fonction de la probabilité des mots-clés de produit (S15) ; et envoyer des informations de produit à des utilisateurs en fonction de leurs préférences de produit (S16). En utilisant le procédé décrit, des informations de produit peuvent être envoyées à des utilisateurs en fonction de leurs préférences de produit.
