Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a zinc-based alloy shot that comprises Al, Mg, and a remainder of Zn and unavoidable impurities, in which the Al content is 0.05-0.20 mass% and the Mg content is 0.001-0.20 mass% with respect to the zinc-based alloy shot, and in which the Vickers hardness is 80-150 HV. Cu may also be added to the zinc-based alloy shot as a trace additive element. The added amount of the trace additive element may be 0.0002-0.01 mass% with respect to the zinc-based alloy shot.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une grenaille en alliage à base de zinc comprenant Al, Mg, et un reste de Zn et des impuretés inévitables, la teneur en Al étant de 0,05 à 0,20 % en masse et la teneur en Mg étant de 0,001 à 0,20 % en masse par rapport à la grenaille en alliage à base de zinc, et la dureté Vickers étant de 80 à 150 HV. Du cuivre peut également être ajouté à la grenaille en alliage à base de zinc en tant qu'élément additif de trace. La quantité ajoutée de l'élément additif de trace peut être de 0,0002 à 0,01 % en masse par rapport à la grenaille en alliage à base de zinc.
(JA) 亜鉛基合金ショットであって、 前記亜鉛基合金ショットは、AlとMgと残部がZn及び不可避不純物からなり、 前記亜鉛基合金ショットに対するAlの含有量が0.05~0.20質量%且つMgの含有量が0.001~0.20質量%であり、 前記亜鉛基合金ショットのビッカース硬さが80~150HVである。 また、前記亜鉛基合金ショットは、更に微量添加元素としてCuが添加されていてもよく、 前記微量添加元素の添加量は前記亜鉛基合金ショットに対して0.0002~0.01質量%としてもよい。
