Abstract:
(EN) A coated tool according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a base material having a first surface; and a coating layer that is positioned above the first surface. The coating layer comprises: a first layer that is positioned above the first surface, while containing aluminum oxide; and a second layer that is positioned above the first layer so as to be in contact with the first layer, while containing a titanium compound. In addition, in a cross-section perpendicular to the first surface, the first layer has a first projection part that protrudes toward the second layer and a first recess part that is positioned in the first projection part, while the second layer has a second recess part that is engaged with the first projection part and a second projection part that is engaged with the first recess part.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un outil revêtu comprenant : un matériau de base ayant une première surface ; et une couche de revêtement positionnée au-dessus de la première surface. La couche de revêtement comprend : une première couche qui est positionnée au-dessus de la première surface, tout en contenant de l'oxyde d'aluminium ; et une seconde couche qui est positionnée au-dessus de la première couche de façon à être en contact avec la première couche, tout en contenant un composé de titane. De plus, dans une section transversale perpendiculaire à la première surface, la première couche a une première partie saillie qui fait saillie vers la seconde couche et une première partie évidement qui est positionnée dans la première partie saillie, tandis que la seconde couche a une seconde partie évidement qui est en prise avec la première partie saillie et une seconde partie saillie qui est en prise avec la première partie évidement.
