Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, a throughput measurement unit (104) measures the throughput of communication with a reception terminal (2), a segment pattern generation unit (105) generates multiple patterns, each comprising multiple time segments obtained by segmenting a predetermined length of time, a QoE calculation unit (106) calculates a quality-of-experience for a video from a predicted future throughput value for each of the patterns generated by the segment pattern generation unit (105), and a parameter determination unit (107) determines an encoding parameter for each of the time segments of a single pattern wherein the quality-of-experience for a video is the highest.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, une unité de mesure de débit (104) mesure le débit de communication avec un terminal de réception (2), une unité de génération de motifs de segment (105) génère de multiples motifs, comprenant chacun de multiples segments temporels obtenus par segmentation d'une durée prédéterminée, une unité de calcul de QoE (106) calcule une qualité d'expérience pour une vidéo à partir d'une valeur de débit future prédite pour chacun des motifs générés par l'unité de génération de motifs de segment (105), et une unité de détermination de paramètre (107) détermine un paramètre de codage pour chacun des segments temporels d'un motif unique, la qualité d'expérience pour une vidéo étant la plus élevée.
