Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an integrated system (1) of solid particle separation for obtaining granulated products or dehydrated powders with a low moisture percentage and pulverised, which comprises: a) a cyclone particle accelerator (3) comprising a lower outlet for output of granulated product or powder (9) and at least one feed duct (14); b) an auxiliary or high-pressure fan (2); at least one high-speed dehydrating and pulverising turbine (4); d) a material dispenser (5) having a hole (7); e) a pneumatic airlock or star valve (5') connected to the turbine through the duct (13); and f) a heater (6) which comprises an inlet or feed duct (8), for entry of the air needed in the process, and having an outlet duct, which is joined to a duct (12) that connects the heater (6) to the star valve assembly (5´).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système intégré (1) de séparation de particules solides pour l’obtention de produits granuleux ou pulvérulents déshydratés avec un faible pourcentage d’humidité et pulvérisés, lequel système comprend a) un cyclone accélérateur de particules (3) comportant une sortie inférieure pour la sortie du produit granulé ou pulvérulent (9) et au moins un conduit (14) d’alimentation ; b) un ventilateur auxiliaire ou haute pression (2) ; c) au moins une turbine déshydratatrice et pulvérisatrice haute vitesse (4) ; d) un doseur de matière (5) ayant un orifice (7) ; e) une porte pneumatique ou un robinet en étoile (5’) relié à la turbine par le conduit (13) ; et f) un dispositif chauffant (6) qui comprend un conduit d’entrée ou d’alimentation (8) pour faire entrer l’air nécessaire au processus et qui a un conduit de sortie qui se trouve relié à un conduit (12) relié au dispositif chauffant (6) avec l’ensemble robinet en étoile (5’).
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un sistema integrado (1) de separación de partículas sólidas para la obtención de productos granulados o polvos deshidratados con bajo porcentaje de humedad y pulverizados, que comprende: a) un ciclón acelerador de partículas (3) que comprende una salida inferior para la salida del producto granulado o polvo (9) y al menos un ducto (14) de alimentación; b) un ventilador auxiliar o de alta presión (2); c) al menos una turbina deshidratadora y pulverizadora de alta velocidad (4); d) un dosificador de material (5) que tiene un orificio (7); e) una esclusa neumática o válvula estrella (5') conectada a la turbina a través del ducto (13); y f) un calefactor (6) que comprende un ducto de entrada o alimentación (8), para la entrada del aire necesario en el proceso, y que tiene un ducto de salida, que se encuentra unido a un ducto (12) que conecta el calefactor (6) con el conjunto válvula estrella (5´).
