Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, a garnet silicate contains a silicate as a main component and is represented by a general formula: Lu2CaMg2(SiO4)3. The garnet silicate includes a first particle having a particle shape derived from the garnet crystal structure. The garnet silicate further contains alkali metals at least including lithium, and the content of the alkali metals is less than 2000 ppm. A garnet silicate phosphor includes: the garnet silicate; and an ion which is included in the garnet silicate and which functions as a light-emitting center. A wavelength transformer is provided with the garnet silicate phosphor. A light-emitting device is provided with the garnet silicate phosphor or the wavelength transformer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un silicate de grenat qui contient un silicate en tant que composant principal et est représenté par la formule générale : Lu2CaMg2(SiO4)3. Le silicate de grenat comprend une première particule ayant une forme de particule dérivée de la structure du cristal de grenat. Le silicate de grenat contient en outre des métaux alcalins comprenant au moins du lithium, et la teneur en métaux alcalins est inférieure à 2 000 ppm. Un phosphore à base de silicate de grenat comprend : le silicate de grenat ; et un ion qui est inclus dans le silicate de grenat et qui fonctionne comme un centre électroluminescent. Un transformateur de longueur d'onde est pourvu du phosphore à base de silicate de grenat. Un dispositif électroluminescent est pourvu du phosphore à base de silicate de grenat ou du transformateur de longueur d'onde.
(JA) ガーネット珪酸塩は、一般式:LuCaMg(SiOで表される珪酸塩を主成分とするガーネット珪酸塩である。当該ガーネット珪酸塩は、ガーネットの結晶構造に由来する粒子形状を持つ一次粒子を含む。さらに当該ガーネット珪酸塩は、少なくともリチウムを含むアルカリ金属を含有し、当該アルカリ金属の含有量が2000ppm未満である。ガーネット珪酸塩蛍光体は、ガーネット珪酸塩と、ガーネット珪酸塩に含まれる発光中心として機能するイオンとを含む。波長変換体は、ガーネット珪酸塩蛍光体を備える。発光装置は、ガーネット珪酸塩蛍光体または波長変換体を備える。
