Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a multi-core/single-shell structure gel polymer-coated diaphragm, and a manufacturing method and use thereof, comprising a base film and a multi-core/single-shell structure polymer coating layer on one or two sides thereof, the gel polymer consisting of high-elasticity nanoparticles, inorganic nanoparticles, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, dicumyl peroxide, allyl polyethylene glycol, methyltriethoxysilane, tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium sulfate, benzimidazole-2-thiol, glycerol tristearate, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, zinc pyrithione, ammonium alkyl ether sulfate, hydroxyethyl cellulose and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. The present coating layer diaphragm has highly effective absorption of electrolysis liquid and gel, and compared with aqueous PVDF and aqueous acrylate polymer-coated diaphragms, has excellent cycling and rate capability, etc. The described coated diaphragm is used in a lithium-ion battery, developing a gel-state polymer lithium-ion battery, capable of increasing battery manufacturing efficiency and safety.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un diaphragme revêtu de gel polymère à structure multi-noyau/monocoque, et son procédé de fabrication et son utilisation, comprenant un film de base et une couche de revêtement polymère à structure multi-noyau/monocoque sur un ou deux côtés de celui-ci, le gel polymère étant constitué de nanoparticules à élasticité élevée, les nanoparticules inorganiques, le polyméthacrylate de méthyle, l'acrylonitrile, le peroxyde de dicumyle, le polyéthylène glycol d'allyle, le méthyltriéthoxysilane, le sulfate de tétrakis (hydroxyméthyl) phosphonium, le benzimidazole-2-thiol, le tristéarate de glycérol, l'acide 2,2-diméthylolpropionique, la pyrithione de zinc, le sulfate d'éther d'alkyle d'ammonium, l'hydroxyéthylcellulose et l'éther de polyoxyéthylène d'alcool gras. Le présent diaphragme à couche de revêtement a une absorption hautement efficace du liquide d'électrolyse et du gel, et comparé à des diaphragmes de PVDF aqueux et revêtu de polymère d'acrylate aqueux, a une excellente capacité de cyclage et de débit, etc. Le diaphragme revêtu décrit est utilisé dans une batterie au lithium-ion, développant une batterie au lithium-ion polymère à l'état de gel, capable d'augmenter l'efficacité de fabrication de la batterie et la sécurité.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种多核-单壳结构凝胶聚合物涂覆隔膜及其制备方法与应用,其包括基膜以及位于一侧或两侧的多核-单壳结构凝胶聚合物涂层,凝胶聚合物由高弹性纳米颗粒、无机纳米颗粒、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈、过氧化二异丙苯、烯丙基聚乙二醇、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、四羟甲基硫酸磷、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑、三硬脂酸甘油酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、吡啶硫酮锌、乙氧基化烷基硫酸铵、羟乙基纤维素和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。该涂层隔膜具有高效吸收电解液并凝胶的功能,与水性PVDF、水性丙烯酸酯类聚合物涂覆隔膜相比,具备优异循环和倍率性能等。上述涂覆隔膜用于锂离子电池,开发出凝胶态聚合物锂离子电池,可提高电池的制造效率和安全性。
