Abstract:
(EN) A black matrix, a preparation method therefor, and a system thereof, a display substrate, and a display device. The preparation method comprises: (S100) forming a black matrix thin film on a substrate (10); (S200) on one side, away from the substrate (10), of the black matrix thin film, carrying out first exposure processing on the black matrix thin film; (S300) on one side, close to the substrate (10), of the black matrix thin film, carrying out second exposure processing on the black matrix thin film; and (S400) developing the black matrix thin film after the first exposure processing and the second exposure processing to form a black matrix (30). According to the preparation method, the black matrix prepared only has a small difference between the upper surface area and the lower surface area, has an improved adhesive force with the substrate, and thus cannot be separated from the substrate easily. Therefore, the black matrix facilitates the achievement of a display effect with high pixel density, high simulation degree and richer picture details, and the product yield is improved further.
(FR) L'invention concerne une matrice noire, son procédé de préparation, et son système, un substrat d'affichage et un dispositif d'affichage. Le procédé de préparation consiste : (S100) à former un film mince de matrice noire sur un substrat (10) ; (S200) sur un côté, loin du substrat (10), du film mince de matrice noire, à effectuer un premier traitement d'exposition sur le film mince de matrice noire ; (S300) sur un côté, proche du substrat (10), du film mince de matrice noire, à effectuer un second traitement d'exposition sur le film mince de matrice noire ; et (S400) à développer le film mince de matrice noire après le premier traitement d'exposition et le second traitement d'exposition pour former une matrice noire (30). Selon le procédé de préparation, la matrice noire préparée uniquement présente une faible différence entre la zone de surface supérieure et la zone de surface inférieure, a une force adhésive améliorée au moyen du substrat, et ne peut donc pas être facilement séparée du substrat. Par conséquent, la matrice noire facilite la réalisation d'un effet d'affichage à densité de pixels élevée, un degré de simulation élevé et des détails d'image plus riches, et le rendement de produit est en outre amélioré.
(ZH) 一种黑矩阵及其制备方法和系统、显示基板和显示装置。制备黑矩阵的方法包括:(S100)在衬底(10)上形成黑矩阵薄膜;(S200)在所述黑矩阵薄膜远离所述衬底(10)的一侧,对所述黑矩阵薄膜进行第一曝光处理;(S300)在所述黑矩阵薄膜靠近所述衬底(10)的一侧,对所述黑矩阵薄膜进行第二曝光处理;(S400)对经过所述第一曝光处理和所述第二曝光处理的所述黑矩阵薄膜进行显影处理,形成黑矩阵(30)。由此,制备的黑矩阵上下表面积差别小,与衬底的附着力提高,不易剥离,从而该黑矩阵有利于得到像素密度值高、拟真度高、画面的细节更丰富的显示效果,并且产品良率进一步提高。
