Abstract:
(EN) An ultraviolet curing device and a control method therefor. The device comprises an ultraviolet light source and a controller connected by means of a cable. The ultraviolet light source is a water-cooled ultraviolet light source or an air-cooled ultraviolet light source. The controller is provided inside or outside of the ultraviolet light source. The ultraviolet light source comprises a shell (101), a copper substrate (103), a multi-path LED chip (104), and a cooling assembly. The controller comprises a constant-current circuit board (105). The constant-current circuit board (105) performs multi-path constant-current control on the multi-path LED chip (104) to monitor anomaly of the pressure drop of the multi-path LED chip (104), thereby achieving control of the multi-path LED chip (104).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de durcissement aux ultraviolets et un procédé de commande associé. Le dispositif comprend une source de lumière ultraviolette et un dispositif de commande connecté au moyen d'un câble. La source de lumière ultraviolette est une source de lumière ultraviolette refroidie à l'eau ou une source de lumière ultraviolette refroidie à l'air. Le dispositif de commande est disposé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la source de lumière ultraviolette. La source de lumière ultraviolette comprend une coque (101), un substrat en cuivre (103), une puce de DEL à trajets multiples (104), et un ensemble de refroidissement. Le dispositif de commande comprend une carte de circuit imprimé à courant constant (105). La carte de circuit imprimé à courant constant (105) effectue une commande à courant constant à trajets multiples sur la puce de DEL à trajets multiples (104) pour surveiller une anomalie de la chute de pression de la puce de DEL à trajets multiples (104), ce qui permet de réaliser la commande de la puce de DEL à trajets multiples (104).
