Abstract:
(EN) A catalyst for removing volatile organic compounds and a preparation method therefor. Said catalyst uses iron-, cobalt-, and nickel-modified aluminium oxide as the carrier, cordierite honeycomb ceramics as the matrix, and an extremely low content of a mixture of platinum and palladium as the active component; the molar ratio of platinum to palladium is 0-1 : 0-9, the amount of the mixture of platinum and palladium accounts for 0.01-0.05% by mass of the matrix, and the amount of the carrier accounts for 3-5% by mass of the matrix. The preparation method for the catalyst comprises the steps of: (1) coating of the carrier; (2) discharge strengthening pretreatment; (3) preparation of an impregnation liquid of active components; and (4) load and reduction of the active components. Said method overcomes the defects of the existing catalyst for removing volatile organic compounds, e.g., the modification is too complicated, the preparation process is long, loading amount of noble metals is high, and the cost is therefore also higher; a catalyst having good low-temperature activities and excellent high-temperature resistance is prepared by said method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un catalyseur destiné à l'élimination de composés organiques volatils et un procédé de préparation associé. Le catalyseur utilise de l'oxyde d'aluminium modifié par du fer, du cobalt et du nickel en tant que support, des céramiques en nid d'abeille en cordiérite en tant que matrice, et une teneur extrêmement faible en un mélange de platine et de palladium en tant que constituant actif ; le rapport molaire du platine au palladium est de 0-1 : 0-9, la quantité du mélange de platine et de palladium représente entre 0,01 et 0,05 % en masse de la matrice, et la quantité du support représente entre 3 et 5 % en masse de la matrice. Le procédé de préparation du catalyseur comprend : (1) le revêtement du support ; (2) le prétraitement de renforcement par décharge ; (3) la préparation d'un liquide d'imprégnation de constituants actifs ; et (4) la charge et la réduction des constituants actifs. Le procédé surmonte les défauts du catalyseur existant d'élimination de composés organiques volatils, par exemple la modification trop compliquée, le long procédé de préparation, la haute quantité de charge de métaux nobles et par conséquent le coût également plus élevé ; et un catalyseur présentant de bonnes activités à basse température et une excellente résistance à haute température est préparé au moyen dudit procédé.
(ZH) 一种用于净化挥发性有机物的催化剂及其制备方法。该催化剂以铁、钴、镍改性的氧化铝为载体,以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体,以极低含量的铂和钯的混合物为活性组分;铂与钯的摩尔比为0~1:0~9,且铂和钯的混合物的量占基体质量的0.01%~0.05%;载体的量占基体质量的3%~5%。催化剂制备方法包括步骤:(1)载体的涂覆;(2)放电强化预处理;(3)活性组分浸渍液的制备;(4)活性组分的负载与还原。该方法克服了现有用于净化挥发性有机物的催化剂存在改性过于复杂,制备工艺过程冗长,贵金属负载量高,从而导致成本也较高等不足,制备具有良好的低温活性和优异的耐高温性能的催化剂。
