Abstract:
(EN) An eight-treasure rice pudding production method comprises the following steps: (1), stir-frying green bean paste into a mud form to form a bottom layer of an eight-treasure rice pudding, which is a green bean paste layer; (2), putting a multi-component mixture layer on the green bean paste layer, the multi-component mixture layer consisting of almonds, walnut kernels, dried meat floss, egg yolks and black sesame seeds; and (3) putting a glutinous rice layer on the multi-component mixture layer. Green bean paste, almonds, walnut kernels, dried meat floss, egg yolks, black sesame seeds and other components are used in the eight-treasure rice pudding. The eight-treasure rice pudding has rich nutrients, does good to the health, and has unique tastes.
(FR) Procédé de production de riz aux huit trésors comprenant les étapes suivantes : i) obtention d’une pâte de haricots mungo sautés à vif, suivie de la formation d’un fond de riz aux huit trésors recouvert d’une couche de haricots mungo sautés et ii) dépôt d’un mélange (3) formé de noyaux d’abricot, de noix, de rousong, de jaune d'œuf et de sésame noir, suivi d’un dépôt d’une couche de riz gluant sur la couche de mélange. Le riz aux huit trésors selon l’invention utilisant, par exemple mais non limitativement, des haricots mungo sautés, des noyaux d’abricot, des noix, des jaunes d’oeuf et du sésame noir est très nutritif, sain et à saveur unique.
(ZH) 一种八宝饭的生产方法,包括下列步骤:(1)将绿豆沙炒制成泥状,并形成八宝饭的底层,即绿豆沙层;(2)在绿豆沙层上放置由杏仁、核桃仁、肉松、蛋黄、黑芝麻组成的多组分混合层(3)在多组分混合层上放置糯米饭层。所述八宝饭采用绿豆沙、杏仁、核桃仁、肉松、蛋黄、黑芝麻等成分,营养丰富、保健养生、口味独特。
