Abstract:
(EN) A fringe field driven liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate having a first glass layer (50) and a first alignment film (40) on the first glass layer (50); a second substrate facing the first substrate and having a second glass layer (20) and a second alignment film (30) on the second glass layer (20); and a liquid crystal layer between the first alignment film (40) and the second alignment film (30). A first main optical axis of the first glass layer (50) and a second main optical axis of the second glass layer (20) are non-parallel to each other and have an included angle α. The first alignment film (40) and the second alignment film (30) have non-parallel rubbing angles, configured to reduce light leakage and color shift in the fringe field driven liquid crystal display panel.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides excité par un champ de franges, qui comprend : un premier substrat ayant une première couche de verre (50) et un premier film d'alignement (40) sur la première couche de verre (50); un second substrat faisant face au premier substrat et ayant une seconde couche de verre (20) et un second film d'alignement (30) sur la seconde couche de verre (20); et une couche de cristaux liquides entre le premier film d'alignement (40) et le second film d'alignement (30). Un premier axe optique principal de ladite première couche de verre (50) et un second axe optique principal de ladite seconde couche de verre (20) ne sont pas parallèles et ont un angle inclus α. Le premier film d'alignement (40) et le second film d'alignement (30) ont des angles de frottement non parallèles, conçus pour réduire une fuite de lumière et un décalage des couleurs dans le panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides excité par un champ de franges.
