Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an axle (250) and bearing (130) for a conveyor chain link (24), such as those used in commercial bakery equipment. The conveyor chain link (24) generally includes at least one roller bearing wheel (130) with a central hole (138), an axle pin (250), and a link component (260) with a bore (262). The axle pin (250) is configured to extend through the hole (138) in the roller bearing wheel and the bore (262) in the link component to attach the at least one roller bearing wheel (130) to the link component (260). The axle pin (250) includes a medial portion (252) having at least one surface engagement feature (253) configured for anti-spin engagement with the link component (260). The roller bearing wheel (130) includes at least one engagement feature (146) for anti-spin engagement with the distal end (254, 256) of the axle pin (250).
