Abstract:
(EN) Techniques for detecting changes in operational characteristics of a group of sensor devices are described. The techniques collect sensor information from plural sensor devices deployed in a system, with the collected sensor information including sensor data and sensor device metadata. The techniques continually analyze the collected sensor information to detect changes in the operational characteristics of a sensor device in the group of sensor devices. Upon detection of changes in the operational characteristics of the sensor, a database that stores maintenance organization contact information is accessed and a request is generated for maintenance on the sensor device, which request is sent to the maintenance organization.
(FR) L'invention concerne des techniques de détection de variations des caractéristiques opérationnelles d'un groupe de dispositifs de type capteur. Les techniques collectent des informations des capteurs à partir de plusieurs dispositifs de type capteur déployés dans un système, les informations de capteur collectées comprenant des données de capteur et des métadonnées de dispositif de type capteur. Les techniques analysent en continu les informations de capteur collectées pour détecter des variations des caractéristiques opérationnelles d'un dispositif de type capteur dans le groupe de dispositifs de type capteur. Lors de la détection de variations des caractéristiques opérationnelles du capteur, une base de données qui mémorise des informations de contact d'organisation de maintenance fait l'objet d'un accès et une demande est générée pour une maintenance sur le dispositif de type capteur, ladite demande étant envoyée à l'organisation de maintenance.
