Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure is directed to a lever apparatus having a lever connected to a latch assembly operable to open the latch when rotated to a second position from a first position under an actuation torque. The apparatus further includes a magnet assembly with first and second magnets operably coupled to the lever apparatus. The magnet assembly is operable to generate a return torque in an opposite direction to that of the actuation torque such that the lever is returned to the first position after the actuation torque is removed from the lever.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de type levier ayant un levier relié à un ensemble de verrouillage, conçu pour ouvrir le verrou lorsqu'il est tourné vers une seconde position à partir d'une première position sous l'effet d'un couple d'actionnement. L'appareil comprend en outre un ensemble aimant ayant des premier et second aimants couplés de manière fonctionnelle à l'appareil de type levier. L'ensemble aimant permet de générer un couple de rappel dans une direction opposée à celle du couple d'actionnement de telle sorte que le levier est ramené à la première position après que le couple d'actionnement a été retiré du levier.
