Abstract:
(EN) A method of producing a halosiloxane, the method comprising: combining water, a halosilane, and first solvent, where the first solvent has a water solubility of > 1.5 grams in 100 ml of solvent, to form a reaction mixture having a temperature above the melting point temperature of the solvent, partially hydrolyzing and condensing the halosilane to form a reaction product mixture comprising the halosiloxane, the solvent, a hydrogen halide and unreacted halosilane, and, optionally, adding a second solvent with a boiling point the boiling point of the halosloxane to the reaction mixture or the reaction product mixture.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un halosiloxane, le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : combiner de l'eau, un halosilane et un premier solvant, le premier solvant ayant une solubilité dans l'eau > 1,5 g dans 100 ml de solvant, pour former un mélange réactionnel ayant une température supérieure à la température de point de fusion du solvant, hydrolyser partiellement et procéder à la condensation de l'halosilane pour former un mélange de produits de réaction comprenant l'halosiloxane, le solvant, un halogénure d'hydrogène et de l'halosilane n'ayant pas réagi, et, éventuellement, ajouter un second solvant avec un point d'ébullition, le point d'ébullition de l'halosiloxane au mélange réactionnel ou au mélange de produits de réaction.
