Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an improved method of producing a fatty acid methyl ester for use in biofuel production from a domestic waste grease. The method comprises steps of conducting esterification (4) reaction to the domestic waste grease in a first microwave radiation catalyzed with a solid acid catalyst for producing an esterified domestic waste grease and conducting transesterification (6) reaction to the esterified domestic waste grease under a second microwave radiation catalyzed with a solid base catalyst for producing the fatty acid methyl ester.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de production d'un ester méthylique d'acide gras destiné à être utilisé dans la production de biocarburant, à partir d'une graisse de déchets domestiques. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à effectuer une réaction d'estérification (4) sur la graisse de déchets domestiques dans un premier rayonnement microonde catalysée avec un catalyseur acide solide pour produire une graisse de déchets domestiques estérifiée, et à effectuer une réaction de transestérification (6) sur la graisse de déchets domestiques estérifiée sous un second rayonnement microonde, catalysée par un catalyseur de base solide pour produire l'ester méthylique d'acide gras.
