Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an overload control method in a wireless communication system and a device for the same. Specifically, a method by which a base station performs an overload control in a wireless communication system can include: a step of receiving an overload start message from a core network; a step of receiving a first radio resource control (RRC) message including a non-access stratum (NAS) message from user equipment (UE); and a step of transmitting an RRC connection release message, for instructing the release of an RRC connection, to the UE when an instruction for instructing data transmission through a control plane in the first RRC message is included.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de contrôle de surcharge dans un système de communications sans fil, et un dispositif associé. De façon spécifique, un procédé par lequel une station de base exécute un contrôle de surcharge dans un système de communications sans fil peut comprendre : une étape de réception d'un message de début de surcharge, en provenance d'un réseau central; une étape de réception d'un premier message de gestion des ressources radio (RRC) contenant un message de strate de non-accès (NAS), en provenance d'un équipement d'utilisateur (UE); et une étape de transmission d'un message de libération de connexion RRC, à l'UE, pour commander la libération d'une connexion RRC lorsqu'une instruction commandant une transmission de données via un plan de commande dans le premier message RRC est incluse.
(KO) 무선 통신 시스템에서 오버로드 제어 방법 및 이를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 무선 통신 시스템에서 기지국이 오버로드 제어(overload control)를 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 코어 네트워크(core network)로부터 오버로드 시작(overload start) 메시지를 수신하는 단계, 사용자 장치(UE: User Equipment)로부터 NAS(Non-Access Stratum) 메시지를 포함하는 제1 무선 자원 제어(RRC: Radio Resource Control) 메시지를 수신하는 단계 및 상기 제1 RRC 메시지 내 제어 평면을 통한 데이터의 전송을 지시하기 위한 지시가 포함되면, RRC 연결의 해제를 명령하기 위한 RRC 연결 해제(RRC connection release) 메시지를 상기 UE에게 전송하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
