Abstract:
(EN) A laminated powder core is provided. A laminated powder core according to an embodiment of the present invention relates to a laminated powder core comprising at least two compression molded laminated cores made from a magnetic powder material and comprises: a first laminated core in which a rounded portion having a predetermined curvature is provided at an edge of a surface thereof; and a second laminated core in which a round portion having a predetermined curvature is provided at an edge of a surface thereof. Here, the first laminated core and the second laminated core are not provided with round portions on the other surface thereof, the other surfaces are laminated so as to face each other, the first laminated core and the second laminated core have the same thickness, and the round portion has a curvature in which the total volume reduction ratio of the first laminated core and the second laminated core due to the round portion satisfies 0.4 to 8%.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un noyau de poudre stratifié. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un noyau de poudre stratifié comprenant au moins deux noyaux stratifiés moulés par compression faits d'un matériau de poudre magnétique et comprenant : un premier noyau stratifié dans lequel une partie arrondie ayant une courbure prédéterminée est disposée à un bord d'une surface de celui-c i; et un second noyau stratifié dans lequel une partie ronde ayant une courbure prédéterminée est disposée à un bord d'une surface de celui-ci. Ici, le premier noyau stratifié et le second noyau stratifié ne sont pas pourvus de parties rondes sur l'autre surface de ceux-ci, les autres surfaces sont stratifiées de manière à se faire face, le premier noyau stratifié et le second noyau stratifié ont la même épaisseur, et la partie ronde a une courbure dans laquelle le degré de réduction de volume total du premier noyau stratifié et du second noyau stratifié dû à la partie ronde satisfait à 0,4 à 8 %.
(KO) 적층형 분말 코어가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 적층형 분말 코어는 자성 분말 재료로 가압 성형된 적어도 둘 이상의 적층코어를 포함하는 적층 분말 코어로서, 일면의 모서리에 일정 곡률을 갖는 라운드부가 구비되는 제1적층코어; 및 일면의 모서리에 일정 곡률을 갖는 라운드부가 구비되는 제2적층코어;를 포함한다. 여기서, 상기 제1적층코어 및 상기 제2적층코어의 타면에는 라운드부가 구비되지 않고, 상기 타면이 서로 대향하도록 적층되며, 제1적층코어 및 제2적층코어는 동일 두께를 갖고, 라운드부는 라운드부에 의한 제1적층코어 및 제2적층코어의 총 체적감소율이 0.4~8%를 만족하는 곡률을 갖는다.
