Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for predicting the differentiation potency of iPS cells in cartilage cells at the undifferentiated iPS cell-stage. Also provided is a genetic marker for predicting the differentiation potency of undifferentiated iPS cells in cartilage cells. This method predicts the differentiation potency of undifferentiated iPS cells in cartilage cells on the basis of gene expression data of the undifferentiated iPS cells. The method predicts the differentiation potency of undifferentiated iPS cells in neural crest cells (NC cells) on the basis of gene expression data of the iPS cells, and as a result, predicts the differentiation potency of the undifferentiated iPS cells in cartilage cells.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de prédiction de la puissance de différenciation de cellules SPi dans des cellules cartilagineuses au stade de la cellule SPi non différenciée. L'invention concerne également un marqueur génétique pour prédire la puissance de différenciation de cellules SPi non différenciées dans des cellules cartilagineuses. Ce procédé prédit la puissance de différenciation de cellules SPi non différenciées dans des cellules cartilagineuses sur la base de données d'expression génique des cellules SPi non différenciées. Le procédé prédit la puissance de différenciation de cellules SPi non différenciées dans des cellules de crête neurale (cellules NC) sur la base de données d'expression génique des cellules SPi et, par conséquent, prédit la puissance de différenciation des cellules SPi non différenciées dans des cellules cartilagineuses.
