Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rubber crosslinked product capable of improving the long-term sealing properties of a sealing member in high-temperature and pressure environments. This rubber crosslinked product is obtained by crosslinking a crosslinkable rubber composition that contains a fluororubber, carbon black, carbon nanotubes, and an organic peroxide crosslinking agent. The rubber crosslinked product has a 50% modulus of at least 5 MPa, compression set (230°C, 500 hours) of no more than 80%, and a rate of change of -10% to 10% in elongation at break before and after a heat aging test (230°C, 72 hours).
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un produit réticulé en caoutchouc capable d'améliorer les propriétés d'étanchéité à long terme d'un élément d'étanchéité dans des environnements à température et pression élevées. Ce produit réticulé en caoutchouc est obtenu par réticulation d'une composition de caoutchouc réticulable qui contient un caoutchouc fluoré, du noir de carbone, des nanotubes de carbone et un agent de réticulation au peroxyde organique. Le produit réticulé en caoutchouc a un module à 50 % d'au moins 5 MPa, une déformation rémanente après compression (230 °C, 500 heures) ne dépassant pas 80 %, et un taux de changement de -10 % à 10 % dans l'allongement à la rupture avant et après un test de vieillissement thermique (230 °C, 72 heures).
(JA) 本発明は、シール部材の高温・高圧環境下での長期シール性を向上させ得るゴム架橋物を提供することを目的とする。本発明のゴム架橋物は、フッ素ゴムと、カーボンブラックと、カーボンナノチューブと、有機過酸化物架橋剤とを含む架橋性ゴム組成物を架橋してなり、50%モジュラスが5MPa以上であり、圧縮永久歪み(230℃、500時間)が80%以下であり、熱老化試験(230℃、72時間)前後の破断伸びの変化率が-10%以上10%以下である。
