Abstract:
(EN) This dewatering method involves a step for supplying a mixture (31) to the supply-side space (4S) of a separation membrane (45) and a step for generating a pressure differential between the supply-side space (4S) and the transmission-side space (4T) of the separation membrane (45). The separation membrane (45) is provided with a first zeolite membrane (45a) which faces the transmission-side space (4T) and is formed from a first zeolite, and a second zeolite membrane (45b) which faces the supply-side space (4S) and is adjacent to the first zeolite membrane (45a). The second zeolite membrane (45b) is formed from a second zeolite which has the same framework structure as the first zeolite and has a lower Si/Al atomic ratio than the first zeolite.
(FR) Ce procédé de déshydratation comprend une étape consistant à fournir un mélange (31) à l'espace côté alimentation (4S) d'une membrane de séparation (45) et une étape de génération d'un différentiel de pression entre l'espace côté alimentation (4S) et l'espace côté transmission (4T) de la membrane de séparation (45). La membrane de séparation (45) est pourvue d'une première membrane de zéolite (45a) qui fait face à l'espace côté transmission (4T) et est formée à partir d'une première zéolite, et une seconde membrane de zéolite (45b) qui fait face à l'espace côté alimentation (4S) et est adjacente à la première membrane de zéolite (45a). La seconde membrane de zéolite (45b) est formée à partir d'une seconde zéolite qui a la même structure d'ossature que la première zéolite et a un rapport atomique Si/Al inférieur à celui de la première zéolite.
(JA) 脱水方法は、分離膜(45)の供給側空間(4S)に混合物(31)を供給する工程と、分離膜(45)の供給側空間(4S)と透過側空間(4T)とに圧力差を生じさせる工程とを備える。分離膜(45)は、透過側空間(4T)に面し、第1ゼオライトによって構成される第1ゼオライト膜(45a)と、供給側空間(4S)に面し、第1ゼオライト膜(45a)に隣接する第2ゼオライト膜(45b)とを有する。第2ゼオライト膜(45b)は、第1ゼオライトと同じ骨格構造を有し、第1ゼオライトよりもSi/Al原子比の小さい第2ゼオライトによって構成される。
