Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a multilayer film which has excellent handling properties and excellent low-temperature adhesiveness to objects of interest made from various materials and can be used for various decorative molding into three-dimensional shapes, and for which the material and the decoration technique can be selected highly flexibility; and a method for producing the multilayer film. [Solution] The present invention that can solve the problem is a multilayer film which is composed of a multilayer film composed of an intermediate layer (X) and layers (Y) respectively arranged on both surfaces of the intermediate layer (X), and a decorative layer (Z) closely arranged on the surface of either one of the layers (Y), wherein the intermediate layer (X) is composed of a thermoplastic resin layer having a bending stiffness modulus of 60 to 30000 kPa·mm3, and each of the layers (Y) is made from a thermoplastic polymer composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer (A) that is a block copolymer containing an aromatic vinyl compound block (a1) and a conjugated diene compound block (a2) and a polypropylene resin (B) in an amount of 0 to 50 parts by mass relative to the amount of the thermoplastic elastomer (A). The present invention is also a method for producing the multilayer film, characterized by comprising bringing the thermoplastic resin layers (Y) that serve as the surface layers and are in a molten state into contact with a roll having a surface made from a hydrophobic resin.
(FR) Le problème abordé par la présente invention consiste fournir : un film multicouche, qui possède d'excellentes propriétés de manipulation et une excellente adhésivité, à basse température, à des objets d'intérêt fabriqués à partir de divers matériaux, et peut être utilisé pour divers moulages décoratifs en formes tridimensionnelles, et pour lequel le matériau et la technique de décoration peuvent être sélectionnés de manière très flexible; et un procédé de production de ce film multicouche. La présente invention peut résoudre ce problème en fournissant un film multicouche qui est composé d'un film multicouche se composant d'une couche intermédiaire (X) et de couches (Y) agencées respectivement sur les deux surfaces de la couche intermédiaire (X), et d'une couche décorative (Z) disposée de manière étroite sur la surface de l'une ou l'autre des couches (Y), la couche intermédiaire (X) étant composée d'une couche de résine thermoplastique possédant un module de rigidité à la flexion de 60 à 30 000 kPa·mm 3 , et chacune des couches (Y) étant réalisée à partir d'une composition de polymère thermoplastique contenant un élastomère thermoplastique (A) qui est un copolymère séquencé contenant un bloc de composé vinylique aromatique (a1) et un bloc de composé diène conjugué (a2), ainsi qu'une résine de polypropylène (B) dans une quantité de 0 à 50 parties en masse par rapport à la quantité de l'élastomère thermoplastique (A). La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production de ce film multicouche, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à mettre en contact des couches de résine thermoplastique (Y), qui servent de couches de surface et sont à l'état fondu, avec un rouleau possédant une surface fabriquée à partir d'une résine hydrophobe.
(JA) 【課題】本発明の課題は、ハンドリング性および種々の材質の被着体に対する低温接着性にも優れるとともに、3次元立体形状への様々な加飾成形に適用される、材質と加飾工法の選択の自由度が高い多層フィルムおよびその製造方法を提供することである。 【解決手段】上記課題を解決する本発明は、曲げ剛性率が60~30000kPa・mmである熱可塑性樹脂層を中間層(X)とし、芳香族ビニル化合物ブロック(a1)および共役ジエン化合物ブロック(a2)を含有するブロック共重合体である熱可塑性エラストマー(A)に対してポリプロピレン系樹脂(B)0~50質量部を含有する熱可塑性重合体組成物からなる層(Y)を両面に有する多層フィルムに、加飾層(Z)が(Y)のいずれかの面に密着して配置されてなる多層フィルムである。また、本発明は、前記表層となる前記熱可塑性樹脂層(Y)が溶融状態で、表面が疎水性樹脂であるロールに接触することを特徴とする前記多層フィルムの製造方法である。
