Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a co-injection molded multilayer structure which comprises a barrier layer and outer layers that are laminated on both sides of the barrier layer so as to be in contact therewith, and which is configured such that: the barrier layer is formed from a resin composition (X) that contains an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and an alkali metal salt (B) of a higher fatty acid having a melting point of 250°C or less; the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) has an ethylene unit content of 20-60% by mole and a saponification degree of 90% or more; the content of the alkali metal salt (B) in the barrier layer is 50-1,500 ppm in terms of metal atoms; the outer layers are formed from a resin composition (Y) that contains an unmodified high-density polyethylene (F) and a maleic acid anhydride-modified polyethylene (G); and the maleic acid anhydride modification rate relative to the whole resin composition (Y) is 0.005-0.1 wt%. This co-injection molded multilayer structure has excellent adhesiveness and consequently, the oxygen barrier performance thereof is able to be maintained even after being subjected to an impact caused by dropping or the like.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure multicouche moulée par co-injection qui comprend une couche barrière et des couches externes qui sont stratifiées sur les deux côtés de la couche barrière de façon à être en contact avec celle-ci et qui est conçue de telle sorte que : la couche barrière soit formée à partir d'une composition de résine (X) qui contient un copolymère éthylène-alcool vinylique (A) et un sel de métal alcalin (B) d'un acide gras supérieur ayant un point de fusion de 250 °C ou moins ; le copolymère éthylène-alcool vinylique (A) ait une teneur en unité éthylène de 20-60 % en mole et un degré de saponification de 90 % ou plus ; la teneur du sel de métal alcalin (B) dans la couche barrière soit de 50 à 1 500 ppm en termes d'atomes métalliques ; les couches externes soient formées à partir d'une composition de résine (Y) qui contient un polyéthylène haute densité non modifié (F) et un polyéthylène modifié par un anhydride d'acide maléique (G) ; et le taux de modification d'anhydride d'acide maléique par rapport à la composition de résine totale (Y) soit de 0,005-0,1 % en poids. La structure multicouche moulée par co-injection selon l'invention présente une excellente adhésivité et, par conséquent, la performance de barrière à l'oxygène de celle-ci peut être maintenue même après avoir été soumise à un impact provoqué par une chute ou similaire.
(JA) バリア層とその両側に接して積層される外層とを有する共射出成形多層構造体であって、前記バリア層が、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(A)と、融点が250℃以下の高級脂肪酸のアルカリ金属塩(B)とを含む樹脂組成物(X)からなり、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(A)のエチレン単位含有量が20~60モル%であり、ケン化度が90%以上であり、前記バリア層におけるアルカリ金属塩(B)の含有量が金属原子換算で50~1500ppmであり、前記外層が、未変性の高密度ポリエチレン(F)と無水マレイン酸変性ポリエチレン(G)とを含む樹脂組成物(Y)からなり、樹脂組成物(Y)全体に対する無水マレイン酸変性率が0.005~0.1wt%である、共射出成形多層構造体を提供する。当該共射出多層構造体は、優れた接着性を有し、結果として、落下などの衝撃を加えた後も酸素バリア性能が維持される。
